• Serve Stilton at room temperature for maximum flavour and creamy texture.
• Serve Stilton with sweet wines or Port to complement the distinctive Stilton taste
• To freeze Stilton wrap in cling or foil; keep for a maximum of 3 months and for
best results defrost slowly overnight in the fridge.
