
Salad Method 1. To prepare the dressing, combine the two oils, the mustard and the vinegar. Set aside. 2. Preheat a toaster oven or broiler. Cut off all crusts with sesame seeds to a thickness of about 1/2 inch and then cut these into strips. Discard the rest of the loaf. Toast the sesame crusts until crisp. 3. Place the apple, celery and salad greens into a large bowl, toss with dressing and distribute among four large plates. 4. Crumble the STILTON over the salad, scatter with toasted sesame seeds and finish with toasted sesame crusts. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
